WOMEN LEADERSHIP AT OCEANS
At Oceans, women are an important part of our workforce and without them, our organization would not be what it is today: a network of inpatient hospitals and outpatient locations providing behavioral health care to Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi communities.
At Oceans Healthcare, we witness the strength and dedication of women each day and are proud to be an organization that values representation at every level. Women make up 79% of the Oceans workforce and a high percentage of them occupy leadership roles. In fact, 72% of Oceans’ managers and directors are women.
